vw birthday

well being a vw lover is never something you can keep a secret. everything in my cube, what i wear and of course what i drive is all vw oriented. so for my birthday this is what i came to work and found...with a bunch of people standing around to watch my reaction as i came around the corner. is this creative or what? i think they would win the "best cube" contest if there was one! i loved it, thanks!

snow journey

this was one hell of a ride! couldn't miss the annual spring (ha-ha) get together in murphy's, ca put on by mother lode vws. hwy 88 was a little hairy but that's why we built this machine. chains required means nothin'!

sweaty boys

i know, i know, this looks so small town...well, guess what...it is! we go down to the local middle school to watch bloomin' pre-teens. they are great entertainment, totally at that awkward stage. tall, goofy with sqeaky voices. better than shoveling the walk!

i had to practice the art of adding a picture to my post. once the only people that i know that use this blog are at work, they are the experts to train me. these are the photos that were currently shared to me. are you all loving the snow yet?

it's the mother lode!

so our big date is coming up next weekend. it's where we ditch all the vw guys and sneak around on our own. we use the show as our excuse to spend time together and drink some wine! see you there, sunday, march 12 in murphy's, california!
