colorblock challenge

the second in a series of fashion challenges, again challenging those at work and introducing the challenge to my friends outside of work. after the first unusual challenge, i felt everyone needed something in their comfort zone, colors are in everyone's wardrobe. i chose the color and the day to wear it, simple. the not so simple part, taking a picture everyday. thank you to those who took on the challenge with ease even if you didn't take a picture.

not the real one.

my teenaged boy has been driving (w/ a learner's permit) since november. this car was sitting sad and old lady like in front of a empty building for sale. not a thing had been touched except the front passenger fender...by something that left a dent! but...it's well on it's way to being that cool old lady like vehicle again. and the reason why he doesn't have a vw, you ask...he's great at taking things apart...you know the rest. we wish him well on the road...everyone else...watch out!
